DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY 

Product Availability

All delivery is subject to availability. We have indicated on the Website whether or not a product is currently "in stock". However, this is an estimate only, should not be relied upon and may be subject to change. If there is any delay, we will notify you of this. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any products are not available.

 

Delivery

Orders placed before 13:00 GMT on a weekday will be processed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 15:00 GMT on a weekday, on weekends or during UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

Pares Footwear delivers goods by Royal Mail. When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel. Parcels may be delivered to a neighbour who must also sign for the parcel.

 

UK Delivery Charges

    - UK Standard (3-5 working days)

 * Free UK Standard delivery on orders over £120. Order under £120 are charged at £3.50 


 International Delivery Charges

    - Europe (5-10 working day)

RETURNS POLICY

Inspection on Delivery

You should inspect the merchandise and notify Pares Footwear within 14 days of delivery of any defect in the merchandise or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the merchandise. After 14 days of delivery the merchandise shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the merchandise accordingly.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We will refund any original condition merchandise (which includes the original box) with a copy of your original receipt.

 

All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any delivery, shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable. Please note if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice then your package will be returned to you.

 

 

Returns Procedure

There is no need to telephone us when sending a return. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order. Attach the sticky label provided on to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:

Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office. We recommend you obtain proof of delivery for your return since we are not liable for any merchandise lost in transit. Goods are returned to Pares Footwear at your own expense.

 

Upon receipt of your parcel, please allow two to three weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note any delivery, shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.
