Trainee Fitting Specialist (May 2010)
We are looking for an individual to work part-time (including weekends) in one of our Children’s Fitting Centre. In our stores fitting is paramount. As part of this job the successful candidate will be professionally trained to fit children's shoes and offer advice to parents on foot health.
Job Specification
● 1 - 2 years retail experience (including experience of handling cash and operating a till), and a proven ability to meet sales targets
● A customer-focused approach including the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
● The ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative
● Confident and effective at providing information and individual guidance to customers face to face
● The ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
● Taking pride in good ‘housekeeping’ within the work area
● Strong attention to detail
● Respect for customer confidentiality
● Some flexibility in working hours in order to provide cover for sickness/leave, and to attend meetings or training events
Sales Assistant (May 2010)
We are looking for an individual to work 5 days a week (including Saturday & Sunday) in our flagship adults shoe shop. In our stores in-depth product knowledge and fitting is paramount.

Visual Merchandiser (December 2009)
We are looking for an in store visual merchandiser for our high profile stores in Blackheath Village. You must be able to think outside the box and commercially to drive sales. You will work very closely with the store manager and area manager to create new concepts and ideas for the stores. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and independent visual merchandiser looking for a new challenge. Experience merchandising footwear will be advantageous.
