Pares Footwear Returns Policy
If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original packaging and tags within 14 days of delivery.
There is no need to telephone us when sending a return. Use the peelable returns label provided (postage fee not included) with your order to return your goods.
In your parcel, you will find enclosed returns documentation. Please take care to fill out the form.
We recommend you obtain proof of delivery for your goods since we are not liable for any goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Parés Footwear at your own expense.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will then be processed within 3 working days. Once confirmed, you can expect the refund to reach your account within 7 working days.
If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, give us a call on 0208 852 6897 or send an email to email@example.com, complete with your tracking number, so that we can investigate further.
International customers have 28 days to return their items using a courier of their choice.
We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received your refund notification.
