If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods you can return them in the same condition in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If an exchange is required return your goods for a refund and place a new order online.

Returns Procedure

There is no need to telephone us when sending a return. Use the peelable returns label provided with your order to return your goods to us. Please ensure that the barcode on the returns label remains visible. If you no longer have the returns label then please send your goods with a copy of your receipt to the following address:

We recommend you obtain proof of delivery for your goods since we are not liable for any goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Parés Footwear at your own expense.

Upon receipt of your goods, please allow 14 working days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type.

If you opt to cancel your order within 7 working days of purchase then any delivery, shipping and handling fees that were paid will also be refunded.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
