Product Availability
All delivery is subject to availability. We have indicated on the Website whether or not a product is currently "in stock". However, this is an estimate only, should not be relied upon and may be subject to change. If there is any delay, we will notify you of this. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any products are not available.

Delivery Service
Orders placed before 13:00 GMT on a weekday will be processed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 15:00 GMT on a weekday, on weekends or during UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Parés Footwear delivers all goods by Royal Mail. All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Recorded service. For international destinations Royal Mail will delivery using the country of destination's national postal service.

When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel. Parcels may be delivered to a neighbour who must also sign for the parcel.

UK Delivery Charges
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) is FREE on orders over £30. For orders under £30 UK Standard delivery costs £3.50.

European Delivery Charges
European Delivery (5-10 working days) costs £10.50 and is charged on a per item basis
