Just wanted to say point 1, how fantastic your childrens shoes are, have recently ordered two pairs of Ecco toddler sandals and they are great. Point 2, Wanted to say have fantastic the service was, I had to exchange one pair for a different size and have them sent to an alternative address as I was staying with parents and this was all carried out and arrived with efficiency. Will definitely order from you again.

Thank-you so much for your excellent service!!! I received the shoes on Saturday--left where I requested. As I wear orthotics in my shoes, and need comfortable shoes as work on my feet allday, I first saw this style in my local Gabour shop in guildford. After looking on line for the size, and having no luck, I contacted your company--after explaning my frustration at getting these shoes--was given very good service, on what size to get and what to do if they didnt fit. I am a manager of a fashion shop, so I really appreciate this. Very pleased with my shoes-they fit well and allowing for my foot pads.
